I walk 6 miles daily. The shoes I wear are MBT's that are bulky and heavy so blisters in certain spots are inevitable.

If you rub when you run this is what you want. Won't sweat, rub, or wash away without soap. Amazing product, without it I bleed inside my thighs from the rub, with it I have run marathons with no pain or chafe.
