Instant Relief
This brace, the second I put it on, was INSTANT relief. I have a subluxed, semi dislocated shoulder that has been nagging me for months. This was the best $40 I've spent in a while. As for the reviewer who gave it 2 stars b/c it was "too cumbersome" with all the straps, I totally disagree. The straps make it much more effective and customizable to your specific support needs. I won't wear my brace when I go on a date, so I could care less about how it looks under my shirt. How happy am I about this brace? Well, I'm writing a review of it the very day I got it....and I've never written a review on amazon despite shopping here for years. In short, if you need a shoulder brace, buy this one, you'll be glad you did.

Efficient Stabilization
I am a Physical Therapist who purchased this brace for a client who has a subluxed shoulder due to a stroke. The brace is easy to put on. The brace can be adjusted to hold the humerous into the scapula with effective stability. For the price and the adjustability features this is the best shoulder brace I have used to accomplish shoulder stabilization.
Not impressed-
The product I received A) came in an obviously used and opened brand-name package (i.e., the package it might originally come in and obviously opened at least once prior to my receipt of said package...)while it was purchased as new, B) was (surprise!) obviously used itself!!!-- all seems and corners woven into the neoprene fabric around the biceps, anterior and posterior aspects of the shoulder, were OBVIOUSLY WORN AND STRETCHED OUT!, and C) the shoulder brace which you see in the upper right corner of the screen with the large, criss-crossed velcro straps for optimal immobilization in no way resembles the pathetic piece I received which had a small neoprene Y-shaped strap (all very sleekly and sexily designed, but utterly worthless and insufficient for the job, and also worn and stretched out) that was supposed to meekly perform the job which those giant straps of velcro, above and to the right, should have done. In short, the product I received was significantly different than...
