The T6 aluminum body allows for the GLX laser sight to provide a strong, stable platform to mount accessories to its integrated military standard picatinny rail. The GLX compact laser sight is extremely versatile in its mounting options. THe built-in mount is a weaver standard compact mount with a stabilizing cross bar insert for added support. The compact mount allows secure mounting to the shortest of rails on handguns and rifles. Standard windage and elevation adjustments are accessible externally on the front side and bottom of the laser. This is a powerful laser capable of fine adjustments and a good raiil system. However i can't stand the on/off switch. When you set the gun on one side it engages the switch also a concealed holster will turn on the laser. This laser is better fitted for a long gun, it is plenty powerful its just hard to keep it turned off.

Barska red laser
This is actually my 4th one of these but the third one would not align so Amazon sent me the fourth PDQ. Received it before I could mail the defective unit back. Really nice units, actually very easy to align to bore sighter, good visual but as with all red laser range very limited in sunlight. Night is another matter, can't see that far. Remote cord needs to be stretched if you are using it on a rifle/carbine as I am on all three. The glue on the patch is not real good and the cord will pull it off if you don't stretch it for a few days. Have a sling attachment on one with the built in rail and it is a good solid mount. Good buy and solid unit. Have one on a 9 MM JR Carbine, one on an
SKS and one on a M&P 15-22. Alignment holds solid on all three units.
This Barska model SUCKS
I bought one and used it about 4 thirty minute sessions and it quit working. Thinking Batt, I replaced, and still didn't work. Called home office for warranty and they said since I had over 30 days and if I had receipt they would fix for $20, and I never keep those things more than 30 days and they said they would fix for $30. I thought screw that i will just order another NEW one for $45 plus shipping. This one worked for 4 or 5 shots and quit.........I called again and Warranty said, you only had it a few days and need to send to where you purchased it......Thank goodness it was Amazon. They sent paid shipping return and credited my card for the purchase price and shipping. Great job Amazon. I will not buy BARSKA again. Purchased another brand and have been to the range twice and this OTHER brand so far works as intended..........
